Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper dishwashing techniques and sanitizing procedures

- Clear and buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area and support smooth service flow
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure sanitation standards are consistently met
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, sinks, and other small appliances
- Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy pots or crates of supplies with proper technique to prevent injury
- Support overall kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly
Requirements
