Griffins LLC is currently expanding our driver network and is looking for experienced CDL Class A Drivers and Owner Operators across the United States.
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A Driver specializing in Dry Van freight!
Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailers, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- Drive dry vans (yours or ours) across designated routes, maintaining punctual delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks, trailers, and safety equipment to guarantee vehicle readiness and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and inspection reports in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate deliveries, report issues promptly, and update progress throughout routes.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record is a MUST!
- U.S. work authorization is a MUST!
- Green card holder or U.S. citizenship is a MUST!
- 1 year experience minimum is a MUST!
- Ability to ride minimum 3,500 miles per week.
- Strong understanding of FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance standards.
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, hazard awareness, and adherence to all traffic laws.
