Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license with the BACB is required
- Background as a Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, or ABA Therapist highly valued
- Familiarity with state IEP processes preferred
- Bilingual skills considered a plus, but not mandatory
- Comfortable committing to per diem assignments and working with diverse student populations
