Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Supervisor to lead our team at Apex Jumps Trampoline Park. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure guest safety and satisfaction, and manage a team of staff members. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily park operations during your shift, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Enforce safety protocols and park rules to maintain a secure environment for guests of all ages
- Manage guest interactions, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including register operations and shift closing reports
- Coordinate with team members to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the park before opening and after closing
- Prepare shift reports detailing operational issues, guest feedback, and safety incidents for management review
Skills
- Proven leadership experience in supervising teams within hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant environments
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Experience managing events or group bookings in a fast-paced setting such as nightclubs or resorts is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform report writing related to shift activities
- Skilled in managing shifts efficiently with a focus on safety, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices including guest services, safety standards, and conflict resolution

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
