This is a full-time, field-based role where you prospect and close commercial accounts — restaurants, warehouses, property management companies, food processing facilities, and more. What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold calling, canvassing, and referrals
- Meet with business owners, facility managers, and property managers to assess pest control needs
- Present and close tailored commercial service agreements
- Manage and grow an assigned territory through consistent prospecting and account development
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license; must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- B2B or outside sales experience preferred
- Comfortable prospecting and cold calling in a field-based environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to build relationships with business decision makers
- Pest control experience not required — we train you
Ideal Backgrounds
- B2B outside sales
- Commercial services sales (janitorial, HVAC, fire protection, security, uniforms, or similar)
- Territory sales or route-based sales
- Restaurant, hospitality, or facilities sales
Compensation & Benefits Summary
- Base salary: $30,000/year ($2,500/month) following training period
- Training pay: $3,000/month during training period
- On-target earnings: $65,000 – $120,000+ annually based on commission performance
- Commission: Uncapped; written commission plan provided prior to start date
- Additional compensation: Company vehicle, cell phone reimbursement, full benefits
