DELIVERY DRIVER / WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Pay: $20–$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | Start Time: 4:00 AM
Location: Glendale, AZ
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable team-oriented Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support both route deliveries and daily warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Duties:
- Operate a cargo van or box truck to complete assigned delivery routes
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Deliver and place products in designated customer locations
- Review invoices, collect payments when required, and complete delivery documentation
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accountability for inventory on the assigned vehicle
Warehouse Duties:
- Stock, organize, and replenish inventory
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery
- Assist with loading delivery vehicles
- Label, sort, and store products properly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related equipment
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move 1–60 lbs repeatedly
- Perform bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting throughout 10–12 hour shifts
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR)
- DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Previous delivery and/or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong reliability, organization, and customer service skills
