Typical commissions start around $4,200 per installed project, with uncapped earning potential based on production. Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.
You don't need solar experience. If you can prospect, build relationships, and close high-ticket sales, we can teach you solar.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and conduct solar consultations
- Generate opportunities through referrals, networking, canvassing, and prospecting
- Educate homeowners on solar and financing options
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Close new residential solar projects
- Develop relationships that generate referrals

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in proven producers from solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, home improvement, automotive, insurance, D2D, or other high-ticket sales backgrounds.
You should be comfortable generating opportunities, talking with homeowners, following up, and asking for the sale.
This is a 1099, performance-based sales opportunity without a base salary. It's best suited for someone who wants control over their income and is comfortable building a pipeline.
