Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electro-mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electrical panels, electronic devices, and machinery, ensuring that all assemblies meet strict quality standards and technical specifications. The Assembler 1 role is expected to be an individual who, under direct supervision is capable of following instructions both verbal and written and demonstrates a willingness to learn assembly processes and procedures quickly while striving for continuous improvement
Essential Responsibilities
· Adhere to all safety processes and procedures.
· Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
· Produce and install wiring onto components following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
· Capable of completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
· Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Qualifications/Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Willingness to learn new products.
· Familiar with basic hand and power tool usage.
· Possesses basic mechanical aptitude.
Desired Characteristics
· Manufacturing/assembly/wiring experience.
· Panel assembly and wiring experience.
· Strong attention to detail.

Pay: $18.75 per hour
