Position Overview
Top Tier Restoration Services is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to grow our water mitigation division through strategic networking and referral partnerships.
This is not a cold-calling sales position. Your primary responsibility is building long-term relationships with professionals who regularly encounter water damage emergencies and can confidently refer Top Tier Restoration Services.

Primary ResponsibilitiesBuild Referral Partnerships
- Develop relationships with plumbing companies.
- Network with insurance agents and agency owners.
- Meet with property managers and apartment communities.
- Build relationships with HVAC companies.
- Connect with real estate agents and brokers.
- Meet restoration-friendly contractors.
- Build relationships with home inspectors.
- Network with municipalities and facility managers.
- Visit hotels, assisted living facilities, churches, and commercial properties.
Daily Business Development Activities
- Schedule face-to-face meetings with referral partners.
- Deliver marketing materials and leave-behind packages.
- Conduct lunch-and-learn presentations.
- Attend networking events, BNI groups, chamber events, and community functions.
- Host golf outings and appreciation events for referral partners.
- Follow up consistently with existing referral partners.
- Keep detailed notes in the company CRM.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Represent Top Tier Restoration Services professionally at all times.
- Promote the company’s 24/7 emergency response capabilities.
- Educate referral partners on our mitigation process.
- Help coordinate appreciation gifts and referral programs.
- Assist with social media networking when appropriate.
Performance Expectations
- 15–20 in-person business visits per day
- 5–10 new referral partner meetings per week
- Build 10 new qualified referral relationships each month
- Maintain consistent communication with existing partners
- Generate qualified water mitigation opportunities
- Attend networking events weekly
- Meet monthly lead generation goals

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Northeast Georgia
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work independently
