Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of renovations at residential sites. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and site safety measures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery
- Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Install and remove cabinets, flooring, drywall, trim, doors, and other building materials
- Assist with framing, carpentry, painting, flooring, and finish work as assigned
- Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, and caulking
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe environment for all team members
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of construction experience and/or education is heavily preferred
- Familiarity in operating equipment and power tools safely
- Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and work collaboratively with team members
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
- Skilled in interpreting construction plans and schematics for precise execution of tasks
- Reliable transportation to arrive at job sites in a timely manner

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
