We are hiring two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services throughout North Tampa, including University Square, Forest Hills, Lake Magdalene, Carrollwood, and nearby surrounding communities.
This opportunity is ideal for dependable and compassionate RBTs who enjoy working directly with clients and helping them make meaningful progress. You will provide individualized one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting communication, daily living skills, independence, social development, and positive behavior change.
>> Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy by following treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Help clients improve communication, social interaction, daily routines, adaptive skills, and independence.
- Collect and record behavior and skill-acquisition data accurately during each session.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and clinical recommendations consistently.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and other members of the clinical team.
- Complete session notes and all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in supervision sessions, training, and team meetings as required.
- Maintain client confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards at all times.
>> Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Work Authorization required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to provide services in home, school, and community-based settings.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, patient, professional, and able to follow clinical guidance consistently.
- Previous ABA experience or experience working with children with developmental needs is preferred.
