Referral Coordinator & Patient Onboarding Specialist: For the person who believes every first impression matters.
Some careers are about checking boxes.
This isn't one of them.
At Breaking Through: A Clinical & Consulting Firm, we believe that healing begins long before the first counseling session. It begins with the very first phone call, the very first email, and the very first interaction a client has with our organization.
That's why we're looking for someone truly exceptional.
We're searching for someone who naturally creates order from chaos, communicates with warmth and confidence, solves problems without being asked, and genuinely enjoys helping people during vulnerable moments in their lives.
If you're someone who takes pride in doing things the right way—even when no one is watching—and you're looking for a team that values integrity, excellence, growth, and purpose, we'd love to meet you.
Who We Are
Breaking Through is a growing behavioral health and consulting organization committed to improving lives, strengthening families, and building healthier communities.

We are not looking for someone simply seeking their next job.
We're looking for someone searching for a place to grow.
