Job Summary
Onyx Surface Solutions is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing outdoor services crew. This position involves a variety of hands-on work, including asphalt paving, sealcoating, lawn mowing, landscaping, property cleanups, and general labor.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, raking, shoveling, and compaction
- Assist with driveway and parking lot sealcoating
- Mow lawns and perform basic landscaping and property maintenance
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Perform jobsite cleanup and debris removal
- Assist with excavation and base preparation
- Operate small equipment and power tools after training
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Ability to lift approximately 50+ pounds when needed
- Willingness to work in hot weather and changing outdoor conditions
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Valid driver's license preferred
Experience in paving, landscaping, construction, or equipment operation is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person who shows up consistently and is ready to work.
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
