What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of 6 CNC machinists.
- Oversee production across up to 4 CNC machining centers.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Siemens NX CAM (Mastercam expertise is highly transferable).
- Program and troubleshoot Fanuc and Okuma controls.
- Drive continuous improvements in machining processes, quality, and efficiency.
- Manufacture complex, tight-tolerance components for aerospace and space applications.
- Support prototype development from concept through production.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve technical challenges.
- Experience with EDM is a plus, but not required.
What We're Looking For
- Strong CNC programming and machining expertise.
- Experience leading or mentoring manufacturing teams.
- Proficiency with NX CAM or extensive Mastercam experience with the ability to transition.
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
- Passion for precision manufacturing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-precision manufacturing environments is highly valued.
