Duties
- Processing weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls as needed for the clients.
- Processing quarterly payroll taxes.
- Processing year end taxes and W-2's.
- Support team members and collaborate to effectively get tasks done by due date.
- Provide bookkeeping support as needed.

Our CPA firm is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to add to our team.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented payroll specialist / bookkeeper to join our team. Duties to include preparing client payrolls, payroll tax returns, and handling other payroll and bookkeeping related tasks. Qualified individuals must be team oriented, experienced in payroll and bookkeeping, and have a keen attention to detail in a demanding and fast paced environment.
Some overtime is required during peak times of the year.
