Sales Development Representative | Whitaker Roofing | $525/Week Base + Commission

As an SDR, you'll canvass assigned territories and set appointments for our sales team — you're not closing, you're starting conversations and booking meetings. You get a guaranteed weekly base, a manager in the field with you two days a week, and a direct path to full sales rep within six months.
What You'll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods, ~250 doors/week
- Set 10 qualified appointments weekly
- Qualify homeowners with interest or roofing needs
- Log activity daily in CRM
- Work 2 days/week with your manager (company vehicle provided), run your territory independently 3 days/week
Compensation
- $525/week guaranteed base — paid regardless of appointments
- $35 per qualified appointment (10/week = $350 extra)
- $40/day gas stipend on independent days ($120/week)
- Tiered commission: 0.5% up to $200K, 1.0% on $200K–$500K, 1.5% on $500K+
