Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital is a rapidly growing group of veterinary practices seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in customer service, business management, and veterinary practice operations.
As Practice Manager, you will collaborate closely with our management team and veterinary leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our locations. You will play a key role in motivating and developing staff, promoting organizational development and culture, and creating positive employee and client experiences.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2–3 years of prior veterinary experience and proven success in managing teams, motivating staff, and promoting professional development. A passion for people, pets, and customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively lead and inspire staff, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment and a successful team
- Support employee growth through meaningful coaching, training, and development initiatives
- Oversee operational functions including A/R, inventory, and general project management
- Ensure delivery of exceptional client service and support the Complete Pet Care mission of trusted client education and clinical excellence
- Partner with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for practice growth and innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of veterinary experience required
- Strong background in team leadership, customer service, and business management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
