What You’ll Do:
-Troubleshoot cloud platform issues like system failures, performance lags, and network config.-Provide fast, effective support to clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
-Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with global product teams.
-Participate in cloud deployments, ensuring stability and security.
What We’re Looking For:
*Fluent in Chinese and English (Required)
*Junior: 1–3 years cloud experience
*Senior: 3–5 years cloud experience
*Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
*Experience with cloud platforms (HuaweiCloud, AWS, AlibabaCloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.)
*Understanding of compute (ECS), storage, network, CDN & security
*Cloud certifications = a big plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
