We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PM Maintenance Technician. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and are committed to providing great service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
As part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and preventative maintenance of the property to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members, including:
- Performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Patching drywall and painting as needed
- Maintaining and balancing pool chemicals
- Completing preventative maintenance tasks on rooms and equipment
- Supporting upkeep of grounds, common areas, sports court, and pool
