KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Greet every patient with warmth and enthusiasm
- Create unforgettable first impressions
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk efficiently
- Conducting new patient intakes and evaluations
- Educating patients about their care and wellness
- Clearly explain treatment options and related costs
- Verify insurance benefits
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, text messages, faxes, and emails
- Assist with billing and payment collections
- Ensure EHR and CRM systems are accurately updated and utilized with all patient interactions
- Support clinical team to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure every patient leaves with their next appointment scheduled
IDEAL CANDIDATE / EXPERIENCE
- Experience in fee-for service sales and excellent customer service experience
- Skills such as passionate belief, people person, confident/bold, dependable/reliable, educator
- Conversational Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Masterful listener
- Medical/Chiropractic terminology
- Computer literate and proficient in electronic records systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with efficiency and a smile
- Must have a “get it done” mentality and be coachable
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Medical / Chiropractic Office experience
- Insurance verification or billing experience
- Sales Experience
- Spanish Speaker
This dynamic full-time position earns a competitive pay of $18 to $22 x hour base, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay and our exceptional culture, we offer employees paid training, paid vacation (after one year of employment), 6 paid holidays a year, opportunity for growth, and complementary chiropractic care for you and immediate family.
Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am - 6:00pm, Tuesday 1:30pm - 6:00pm, and Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
