Responsibilities
Offer & Negotiation Phase
- Engage when buyers are ready to submit an offer
- Draft and structure competitive offers
- Negotiate directly with listing agents
- Guide buyers through strategy and pricing
Under Contract Support
- Collaborate with our transaction coordinators
- Negotiate inspection items when necessary
- Step in strategically during escrow when expertise is required

Qualifications
You might be a great fit if you:
- Are licensed as a Real Estate Agent in California
- Love talking on the phone and building rapport quickly
- Are confident negotiating with listing agents
- Think technology makes you better — not replaceable
- Are highly organized and comfortable using apps and CRMs

Compensation
$63,000 base with potential to go as high as $180,000 based on performance and number of transactions completed each month.
