Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid and current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills

- Familiarity with IEP processes and knowledge of state and federal special education laws
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a school team
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations using a variety of assessment tools

- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to strategize support plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to evidence-based decision making
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and comprehensive documentation
- Offer crisis intervention services and assist in the development of behavioral management plans
