We are a family-owned supermarket dedicated to serving our community with fresh products, excellent customer service, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our office team and help us stay organized behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Enter and update vendor invoices, purchase orders, and sales data in Excel and QuickBooks
- Input, review, and update product and pricing information in our Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Verify invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with vendors
- File and organize paperwork (digital and physical) for easy access
- Provide general office support to management and other departments as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel required; QuickBooks or similar software experience a plus)
- Comfortable learning and using a POS system for data entry and product management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling numbers and invoices
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position (40+ hours per week; flexibility required for store needs)
- $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)
