Account Customer Support Specialist
DESCRIPTION:
Compensation: $43,00.00 - $48,000.00 per year ANNUAL SALARY,
( We ALSO have incentives for meeting goals and performance objectives $$$)
Primary Job Functions:
· Incoming phone support – 2nd in line behind receptionist
· Process premium payments
· Making policy changes and providing options
· Assist sales team with application submission and quote prep
· Assist Agents for client appointment prep and back end support for client account updates
· Expected to schedule client policy review appointments for the sales team.
Qualifications: General office savvy, computer literacy, data entry skill, a license in any insurance line (prefer P&C)... Most importantly you are a positive and up-beat personality that thrives on being a part of an exceptional team, and who is always helpful and enjoys serving others.
