Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Resident Solution Architect (RSA) to support customer-facing technical projects involving data platforms, cloud technologies, AI, and enterprise application solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong solution architecture experience and the ability to work closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver successful production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop reference architectures, technical guides, and production-ready MVP solutions.
- Work with customers on transformational data, cloud, migration, and AI initiatives from architecture through implementation and deployment.
- Provide technical consultation on solution architecture, design, implementation, and adoption.
- Support strategic customer projects and help ensure successful evaluation and implementation of technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot and provide advanced technical support for customer implementation and operational issues.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to deliver technical project requirements.
- Partner with Engineering and Customer Support teams to communicate product feedback and help resolve implementation-related issues.
- Assist with technical project planning, scope management, timelines, and delivery milestones.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in Solution Architecture or a closely related technical architecture role.
- Experience with Big Data technologies, Data Science, or data platforms in a customer-facing technical, consulting, architecture, or post-sales environment.
- Strong SQL skills with proficiency in Python or Scala.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD for production deployments.
- Experience delivering technical projects, including managing scope, timelines, and customer requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with technical and business stakeholders across domestic and international projects.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
