Senior HR Generalist
Atlanta, GA
Full-time | hybrid
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
Job Summary
Modern Mobility Partners (MMP), a full-service transportation planning consulting firm founded in 2018. We’re a team of nearly 30, headquartered in Atlanta with small satellite offices in Orlando and Chattanooga, and we’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to own our people function.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role at a small firm where you’ll own the full scope of HR. Reporting directly to company leadership, you’ll manage the entire employee lifecycle, shape company policy and culture, and have the autonomy to build and improve our HR systems and processes. You’ll have one direct report to share the day-to-day load, but this function is yours to lead. You’ll set the direction and own the outcomes, with your team member there to help you deliver.
Rather than handling a single component of a larger operation, you will oversee the breadth of HR in a role suited to someone who values variety and wants their work to have a direct, meaningful impact on the business. This is an opportunity to make a lasting contribution and take genuine ownership of the function.
As a note on how we work, across all areas below, we expect you to improve and streamline our processes, not just maintain them. Many of these systems are young, and you’ll have the latitude to make them your own.
Location & Schedule
This position is based in our Atlanta office, where we provide premier workspace in the heart of Midtown, and requires in-person attendance at least twice per week. During your first few months, we ask that you be in the office more frequently, as building relationships with the employees you’ll support is central to succeeding in this role.
