We are a fast-growing landscaping company looking for a reliable and experienced Crew Lead to run jobs, lead a small team, and deliver high-quality work for residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping projects.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION! You’ll be responsible for managing daily job sites, communicating with clients when needed, and making sure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a 2–3 person crew on landscaping and lawn projects
- Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, and landscaping equipment (all new or in good condition)
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and done right
- Manage crew members
- Communicate with the owner and occasionally clients
Requirements:
- Prior landscaping experience (crew lead or similar role preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (experience driving truck + trailer is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lead and keep a crew productive
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
