Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your shift and support overall team performance and guest experience
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving goals related to operations, team development, and profitability
- Communicate goals, promotions, and operational updates to the team
- Ensure a great guest experience, including friendly service, a clean restaurant, and fresh food
- Help maintain a positive, team-focused work environment during each shift
