Job Title: Warehouse Specialist (1st or 3rd Shift Available)
Location: Bay Shore, NY
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr starting (Eligible for pay increases upon permanent hire based on performance & reliability)
Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule Options (Choose Your Shift):
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and specialty roll clamps (training provided for roll clamps).
- Dock Management: Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight efficiently and accurately.
- Fulfillment & Tracking: Use handheld barcode scanners to pick, stage, and log inventory for shipment.
- Facility Support: Keep staging areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2-3+ years of hands-on warehouse, dock, and forklift experience.
- Equipment Proficiency: Proven track record running material handling equipment safely.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work actively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
