Garage Door Technician (Service + Install) — Boise/Treasure Valley
$90,000–$150,000/year, commission-based, paid weekly

We're a proven multi-state brand (Phoenix, Vegas, Dallas, Seattle) launching in Boise, and we're hiring our first technician. First tech becomes lead tech as we grow. Compensation & Perks:

What You'll Do:
- Run residential service calls: springs, cables, rollers, openers, off-track doors
- Full installs, tear-outs, and conversions
- Troubleshoot opener systems: sensors, remotes, keypads, logic boards
- Give homeowners honest options and close the work
- Document jobs cleanly and represent the brand in every driveway
You Have:
- 1+ years running garage door service/repair calls; install experience a strong plus
- A great attitude — we're building a culture worth being part of, and it starts with tech #1
- Honest and ethical: you don't oversell, you do what's right
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work ladders, valid license with clean record
- Background check, drug screen, and MVR required
