Unlike most entry-level sales positions, you'll spend six months working directly alongside one of our top-producing Senior Financial Consultants—learning their sales process, handling live inbound opportunities, and earning performance-based income while being personally mentored by some of the best in the industry.

What You'll Do
- Work side-by-side with an elite Financial Consultant
- Help manage inbound client opportunities
- Build rapport with prospective clients
- Learn debt resolution strategies and the sales process
- Participate in daily coaching and mentoring
- Develop objection handling, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Support your Senior Consultant while learning to become one yourself
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of phone or sales experience
- Highly coachable with a desire to learn
- Competitive and motivated by growth
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office
- Reliable transportation
- Must live within approximately 20 miles of Irvine, CA
Debt settlement experience is not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
