Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying their property needs and preferences to find suitable homes that meet their criteria.

- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure the best possible deal for clients.
- Guide clients through the entire buying process, including making offers, inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations such as Fair Housing laws to provide accurate advice.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents using real estate administrative tools.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate seamless transactions.
