Crosswalk Behavioral Health LLC is a dynamic, growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health care. We are currently seeking a licensed mental health professional (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team.
Position:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to children (ages 5 and older) and families
- Offer both in-person and telehealth sessions
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evening hours until 7 PM
- Conduct individual, couple, and family sessions as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues for integrated client care
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience working with children (5+) and families
- Available to work evenings until 7 PM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care
