Types of Projects
- Sod installation and grading
- Rock, mulch, edging, and planting
- Shoreline and property cleanups
- Custom landscape renovations
- Hardscape installation (paver patios, retaining walls, walkways)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 2–4 person crew on residential projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and management
- Train and develop crew members
- Coordinate job site logistics, materials, and equipment
Qualifications
- Proven landscape or hardscape experience
- Prior crew leadership preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership and lead with integrity
Preferred:
- Equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini skid, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
