Landscape Crew Member / Landscape Laborer
JML Landscape Management, Inc. is hiring a Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team.
We are not a mowing company. We specialize in landscape installations, drainage solutions, irrigation, grading, sod installation, hardscapes, retaining walls, and outdoor living projects for high-end residential properties throughout the Nashville area.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants an opportunity to learn new skills and advance within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installation projects
- Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and groundcovers
- Install sod and assist with grading projects
- Install drainage systems and irrigation components
- Assist with paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors
- Help maintain trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment
Requirements
- Landscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills

Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$26 per hour depending on experience
