This is an internship leading to full-time employment. The Arikkan Development team
is looking for an energetic Business Analyst who can understand, document and
analyze business requirements; and communicate with the software development
team to get the product developed to client's needs.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and document business, technical, product and process
requirements
2. Ensure that the requirements set forth by the customer are captured and
documented correctly
3. Analyze and understand the current state processes to ensure that the
context and implications of change are understood by the client and the
project team
4. Produce various requirement documentations
5. Work with the client to prioritize and rationalize the requirements
6. Assist with scope management
7. Provide expertise on the overall business processes around which the project
is focused and provide needed business expertise in those areas
8. Participate actively in all phases of the project including planning and
analysis, design, development, testing and implementation, related to their
area of expertise
Desired Skills:
- Experience in SDLC will be a plus
- Experience in Project Management will be a plus
