Schedule: Flexible, Daytime hours (Monday – Friday)
Location: Central & Southern Connecticut (On-site / Mobile)
Expected Volume: Average of 1–2 days per week (Targeting ~14 FEES per month)
Comprehensive Training: We bridge the gap between basic competency and mobile independence. Once you meet our application baseline (coursework + 10 passes), we will provide advanced, on-the-job training to seamlessly integrate you into our mobile FEES protocols and equipment setups.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and independent Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide mobile Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) services across Central and Southern Connecticut.
This is a highly flexible, part-time 1099 contract position perfect for an SLP looking to supplement their current schedule, transition into mobile diagnostics, or maintain a flexible work-life balance. You will have control over your days, averaging about 14 completed procedures per month.

Required Qualifications & Experience
To ensure patient safety and structural familiarity, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements before applying:
- Licensure: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Connecticut.
- FEES Coursework: Successful completion of a formal, dedicated FEES training course.
- Hands-on Baseline: Minimum of 10 independent or supervised FEES passes (scoping procedures).
- Reliable Transportation: Willingness to travel to facilities within Central and Southern CT.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to contracted facilities to perform mobile FEES procedures.
- Pass the endoscope safely and comfortably for adult/geriatric populations.
- Interpret swallow studies in real-time and provide immediate structural and physiological findings.
- Collaborate with on-site facility staff to provide evidence-based diet and therapeutic recommendations.
