Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages efficiently
- Maintain organized front desk area, including managing incoming mail and deliveries
- Utilize office management software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing programs to support administrative tasks
- Perform data entry with accuracy using computer literacy skills, including updating databases and maintaining records
- Conduct calendar management and scheduling appointments for Hearing Providers
- Support clerical functions such as proofreading documents, maintaining filing systems, and handling phone etiquette professionally
- Insurance benefit entry and verification
- Some invoicing or expense tracking
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Basic hearing device cleanings and troubleshooting
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative support background in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google docs or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software as
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience with office management tasks such as calendar coordination, data entry, or clerical duties preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Verification of insurance benefits
- Excellent phone communication skills along with proper phone etiquette required for professional client interaction
- Personal assistant or front desk experience that highlights organizational prowess and client communication skills is advantageous

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
