A new home health company in Orange County is seeking reliable, compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. We are currently building a roster of trusted per-diem caregivers to cover Orange County and parts of LA County (South Bay and Long Beach areas).
Please Note: We are a brand-new agency currently undergoing the Medicare accreditation process. We do not have billable patients yet, but we are looking to onboard, train, and secure a core team of aides now to be fully ready for immediate patient placement as soon as our active census begins.

Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Mobility Support: Assist with safe transfers, walking, and turning or positioning patients in bed.
* Light Housecleaning: Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment for the patient.
* Vital Signs: Take and record patient vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) as directed by the supervising RN.
* Documentation: Complete precise, timely clinical visit notes independently using DSL software.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Certification: Active, unrestricted California Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
* Software: Ability to complete your own notes in DSL (Experience preferred, but willing to train).
* Location: Must be willing to travel to patient homes in Orange County and/or LA County (South Bay/Long Beach).
* Transportation: Valid CA Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
* Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
* At least 1-year experience as home health aide/ CNA
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
