Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
· Must be highly motivated to meet and exceed the service requirements of our guests.
· Attention to details and thoroughness.
· Compete accurate inspections and list suggested parts required to correct our guests concerns.
· Complete approved repairs on vehicles.
· Able to follow directions and prioritize tasks.
· Able to interact effectively with all other team members.
· Must be motivated/goal driven to complete work in a timely fashion based on Mitchell/ShopKey software.
Position Requirements
· Successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and interviews.
· Ability to read and understand English and apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form with good communication skills .
· All applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age, valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for insurance coverage(bring DMV report)
· Must be experienced in late model technology and willing/able to work on classics.
