Job Summary
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Shift Leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experiences, and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service, skilled in team management, and eager to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate team activities during your shift to ensure efficient food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking to meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Oversee inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste.
- Train new staff members on food safety procedures, customer service protocols, and operational tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Support kitchen management with food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders in a quick service or casual dining setting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or supervising roles within quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
