American Traveler is hiring a LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification.

Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 71 beds
-
Patient population includes general long-term care residents and a rehab wing
-
Patient ratios vary: 3 or 2 patients with TMA on days, 2 patients on nights
-
12-hour day shifts
-
Every third weekend and every third holiday required

Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR

Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must be active and non-pending at time of consideration

Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required — no exceptions

Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted)

LTC/SNF experience required

PCC (Point Click Care) EMR experience preferred

Driver's license required for consideration

2 professional references required for consideration: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate

Orientation consists of one shift alongside another nurse
