This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and support our company's growth. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $55.00 USD.
Responsibilities
Analyse and document current business processes across various departments, including sales, project management, and customer service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and formalise business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and operational improvements within the construction and roofing workflow.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Support the implementation of new business systems and processes, including user acceptance testing and training.
Conduct data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience in the construction, roofing, or a related service industry would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
