What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations on active construction job sites
- Lead crews, subcontractors, and field coordination
- Keep projects on schedule and maintain quality standards
- Enforce safety expectations and job site accountability
- Coordinate with Project Managers, inspectors, and clients
- Read plans, specifications, and project schedules
- Solve problems quickly and keep work moving efficiently
- Build a strong, productive jobsite culture
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Construction field experience with supervisory responsibility
- Ability to lead crews in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized and solutions-driven
- Accountability-minded with strong work ethic
- Someone who leads by example and takes pride in their work
Schedule
- Winter: Monday–Friday
- Summer: Monday–Thursday
(Three-day weekends in the summer because hard work deserves balance too.)
