Denver Air Connection Below Wing Agent
We are a growing regional airline based at Denver International Airport with over 29 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.
Location: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
Starting Salary: $20.00 an hour
Schedule: 6 days a week 8:15am-12:15pm with a guarantee of 36 hours a week

Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials.
- Marshal aircraft and assist with aircraft arrival and departure procedures.
- Operate ground support equipment (belt loaders, baggage carts, tugs, pushback equipment, etc) following safety procedures.
- Ensure baggage and cargo are handled accurately and loaded according to weight and balance instructions.
- Follow all FAA, TSA, company, and airport safety and security regulations.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, operations, dispatch, and other team members.
- Assist with deicing, towing, and other aircraft support duties as assigned.
- Respond promptly to operational changes while maintaining on-time performance.
- Complete required training and maintain compliance with company policies.
Basic Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport SIDA badge and security clearance.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
- Previous airline, ramp, warehouse, or ground handling experience is preferred.
