As our Sanctuary continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Licensed Esthetician who shares our passion for exceptional guest care, clinical excellence, and creating meaningful moments that extend far beyond the treatment room.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. We're seeking a skilled provider who is confident performing advanced skincare services and thrives in a fast-paced luxury spa environment where quality, hospitality, and teamwork matter just as much as technical ability.
What You'll Bring
Required Experience
- Current North Carolina Esthetics License
- Professional experience in an established spa or medical spa
- Experience performing advanced facial treatments
- Experience with microneedling
- Experience with skin sculpting, contouring, or laser-based facial technologies
- Strong consultation skills with the ability to develop personalized treatment plans
- Experience working in a busy, high-volume spa while maintaining exceptional guest care
- A commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry innovations
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Korean 3D skin analysis technology
- Familiarity with Korean skincare philosophies and advanced treatment protocols
- Experience with regenerative skincare technologies and advanced facial devices

Schedule
This is a part-time position. Our Sanctuary is open 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, seven days a week, so flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends.
