Pacific Dream Photography is hiring an experienced hands on Assistant Director of Operations.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch operations at Pacific Dream Photography in the Hawaii Region in collaboration with the Director of Operations .
Assistant Director of Operations will oversee the operation practices of all branches in the area making sure each runs cohesively, efficiently and has a constant focus on customer satisfaction and luxury experiences.
Recruitment outreach- Such as reaching out to college campuses and job fairs.
Hiring- Posting ads, scheduling interviews, submitting info for contracts.
Training- Developing procedures, training material and promotion of brand standards.
Schedule Management and Oversight- Review schedules, identify staffing needs, and help coordinate regional scheduling between branches.
Location Growth- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling and coaching Creative Directors, building and maintaining rapport with key people at each Resort, identifying new growth opportunities.
Review Growth- Review manager development, identify yearly trends and create action plans to promote growth and revenue streams.
Regional Operations Over Site- including but not limited to, managing supply orders, back up payroll training, stepping in as Photography Studio Creative Director as needed to cover locations
Expansion- Manage new branch openings, concierge training, employee and photographer retention programs.
Responsible for driving growth of the company’s business within the hotel and maximizing booking opportunities with Experience sessions, Wedding & Social events and Group events.
In charge of email correspondence through a property specific email address with a required 24-hour response time.
Ambassador for all brand standards in and outside the workplace.
Empowered to take care of all guests to meet 100% satisfaction.
Background in Photography and editing an advantage.
Previous experience in a luxury resort management role required.
