Qualifications
- Must be an RN/LPN in good standing
- Current CPR card
- LTC experience preferred
Essential Job Functions
- Medication administration, daily shift documentation, MD and sponsor notification of any change in status, pharmacy notification with any new medication ordered, incident documentation, direct supervisor of CNA staff.
