We are seeking line cooks who demonstrate speed, efficiency, flexibility, and cleanliness, while having fun in an open-kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional attitude and appearance, and be available to work weekend, evening and day shifts.
With a menu including house-made charcuterie & sausages, fresh seafood, dishes prepared on a charcoal grill, and classic Spanish tapas, there is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow with the Katie Button Restaurants team in an environment that is busy, but casual. This job requires previous experience as a line cook.

Job Responsibilities:
- work with your team and in front of guests in an open kitchen
- prep, cook, assemble, and plate outstanding dishes
- follow all sanitation standards
General Job Duties:
- report any concerns to Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
- comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
- report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or HR
- participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- perform other duties as assigned
- provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill
- must be punctual and reliable, with consistent transportation
- must understand and adhere to the professionalism required to be constantly guest-facing in our open kitchen
