- Oversee inventory costing, variance analysis, forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Mentor, develop, and coach the cost accounting team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and ERP systems.
- CMA certification preferred or interest in pursuing certification.
Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 + Bonus & Profit Sharing
